"Where to start? What a wonderful service and business. I’m in Austin, my elderly folks are in Kingwood. I started by talking with Bridget (I think she’s the owner) about Mammoth’s services and approach, which were particularly important to me as my parents are highly vulnerable to the coronavirus (stroke and cancer survivors). Mammoth met our needs each step of the way — first with deep cleaning, including high traffic rooms and areas and floors, then transitioning to regular cleaning (even changing bed linens). After each cleaning the house smelled “fresh”, not “industrial cleanser.” The two women who cleaned the house followed Covid protocols, communicated well with dad, and worked in such a way my parents could transition from one room to another and not be in the way. When done, my mom (who cannot speak due to the stroke) let us know in her own way how happy she was to have a clean, bright home. I applaud Bridget for working with us to get started and then to adjust as needed (doctor appointments take precedent). I can tell Bridget works with other elderly clients and is familiar with their special needs and occasional quirks. Mammoth’s customer relations, flexibility, desire to please — and of course the actual cleaning — is exceptional."
