"I would advise against utilizing the services of Greenhouse Cleaners (Magnolia Pkwy) due to issues with miscommunication and unprofessional behavior. Despite agreeing to pay the extra fee for pressing(next-day pickup)I arrived today to pick up my four shirts only to be told they weren't ironed because of non-payment, contrary to our agreed arrangement. The staff member, who had assured me it was fine to pay upon collection, claimed to have called me, but I received no missed calls or messages. The receipt given to me stated at total of $19.36/4.84 per shirt which is understandable because it's for next day. The individual, identified as the Asian lady, exhibited a demeanor that was both rude and condescending during my interaction with her."

"My husband dropped 4 shirts off for dry cleaning and when he picked them up today one was ruined. They claim that they have a sign saying that they are not responsible for dyes fading onto the white of clothing. He went through the drive through and saw no such signs on the window nor on his receipt. I called and asked why did he still have to pay for his shirt that they ruined and she kept saying she is not responsible. We will never go here again."

"11/10/2020 - Quick update - They now apply the Wednesday discount even if you don't bring in 20 pieces. 10/28/2020 - To me, it's false advertising when your Wednesday Specials are listed on your business window, but you charge regular price on that day. When I asked the attendant about my charge, she stated that it only applies when you bring in 20 pieces. You can clearly see from the picture, that's not the case. If your employee(s) don't know how to apply the discount, please train them, or don't put mis-leading information on your business window."
