"I used them for wash and fold laundry for the first time 10 days ago. I dropped off clothes not knowing I had to separate or place them in bags. They just had me place them in garbage bags when I arrived. Well, they lost half my clothes and gave me someone else’s clothing. The laundry is not done on site and they said now it could take several weeks to find my clothing. I only heard back once and there has been no follow-up. An owner or supervisor has not called with an update and I’m told “it’s a process”. Meanwhile I have a trip coming up and had to go buy new items. If you care about your customers at least say I’m sorry and follow up. Also I just noticed that the business only comments on good reviews and never on the negative ones…red flag. Better to use a small local business!"

"Tide Cleaners is the best cleaners around. While its a little pricey, they do a great job with every piece they send back out. I have certain items I wouldn't trust to anyone else. Plus in Sugar Land, you drive up and never have to leave your car, dropping or picking up. I had their home pickup/delivery service when I lived in Houston and it was wonderfulnot to worry it. No worries, they take care of their customers."
"I brought my wedding dress here for a dry clean based on a recommendation. It was a bad choice. The dress wasn’t ready on the due date, the guy told me it’d be ready in 2 days. I couldn’t pick it up til the following week. They lost my original hanger and bag. I received the dress with human hair on many spots! Not mine cause it’s coil and curly, mine is straight. The stitches in the back of my dress came undone, the glitter was discolored. I was so unhappy because I need the dress for another wedding reception overseas. Luckily my wedding dress maker was willing to work with me; they fixed the holes on my dress and gave me new hanger & bag free of charge. But it cost me time going back and forth to fix this issue. Needless to say, I’ll never bring anything to this place for dry clean again nor would I recommend it to anyone. They charged me $298 and did a terrible job."
