The lack of courtesy and transparency in enforcing their return policy has left me feeling frustrated and genuinely disappointed."
"Always a long line. Line due to cashiers who are so slow and overly talkative. 5 people in line today and cashier spends 5+ minutes talking to a little kid. Store was closing early due to no staff. Always messy and unorganized. Clearly management needs to be evaluated."
"Once I found the item I needed I realized I had questions about which one would better suit my project. There were no available associates on the floor to assist, the line at the fabric counter was 7 people deep and I didn't have time to wait. I did make a purchase and the cashier asked if I was a member, I told her I was not and she said that's fine I'll apply the discount anyway. Very polite, professional and that made my day!"

"This fabric store has a lot of fabrics you can choose from, and buttons,flowers, and anything design related. What puts me in a sour mood are the workers. Jill was extremely unhelpful and she made me lift stuff right over the counter instead of coming around with a tape measure. I had 3 big pieces of foam and it was hard to lift it up to the counter (It was 2 inches away, and the epitome of laziness!!) Most of the workers really didn't know what they were talking about as well. At least Robbie was able to offer us a discount by donating. Also, I would've never expected LEGOS or toys to be at JOANN's!! Honestly this is an ok fabric store that I would recommend if you don't have any questions and know what you want. All sorts of variety that you can't go wrong with here."
