"I took my 50+ years ring to them to fix it. It has been in my family for a long time and belongs to my so much loved Aunt. She passed away almost 30 years ago and I never was able to wear her ring. It was broken, dirty, with no shine at all, and it has a couple or stones missed. They checked it very well. They did not mind it does not have real diamonds. They just took it. I was told it will be 10 days they called me. My ring was ready. I went to pick it up. As soon as I saw it tears starting to pour down. It was the most perfect ring ever. I could not recognize it. It looks like a beautiful snowflake. I cried and the amazing lady who attended me, (I missed her name but she is spectacular) hug me and told me she knew how important this ring is to me. I cried all the time being there and I could not stopped looking at it. I’m still watching it after several hours. I could not say enough nice words. I’m bringing more of my rings to get fixed here. Price was so reasonable, too. I wish I had a before and after picture but I’m posting the after."
