"I needed to get some dress clothes cleaned after a special event within my family. I also went through my closet finding pants to donate and some needing a cleaning. I turned in 1 suit, 2 shirts, and 3 pairs of slacks. I requested the shirts to have heavy starch. I needed the cuffs on the pants to be extra cleaned. All of my requests were honored, and the clothes were returned to me by 6pm the next day. I recommend you give this place a try. They do a good job, provide professional service, and are courteous. I hope your experience is as good as mine."

"I purchased a $300 dress shirt for my daughter’s wedding. After the wedding I took it to Jack Brown Cleaners and then put it in my closet for use at the next special event. I pulled it out several months later only to find they had got cleaning fluid on it which created a permanent stain. I returned it and they said it had been on there too long and probably wouldn’t come out. They tried to clean it and only succeeded in smearing it further around in the stain areas. I picked it up and they weren’t totally unconcerned that they had ruined an expensive shirt and provided no path to solving the issue. I’m changing cleaners!!"
