"I feel bad leaving a one star as the ladies are nice but I am absolutely horrified at their lack of judgement in the handling of a delicate garment. I took my custom-fitted, hand-sewn Korean hanbok here to have dried cleaned. This hanbok is a garment that I planned on keeping and wearing for the rest of my life. When I dropped my garment off, the only risk they advised of was there could be slight bleeding of the colors but that it was rare and would only occur behind a certain area I wasn't too concerned about. Unbeknownst to me, it wasn't the cleaning that damaged my garment but the amount of safety pins they used and where they stuck those safety pins. My garment is of very delicate nature and they SHOULD, as professional dry cleaners, be aware of its delicate nature. However, they managed to stick safety pins in the middle and center of 2/3 garments. They weren't close to the seams to be more hidden. If they took an extra 2 minutes to place the safety pins in more inconspicuous places or use another method of attaching information, it would have preserved the nature of the piece. I was unaware of the permanent barcodes that would be attached to the garments although that's my fault for not asking about it beforehand. I understand people bring in suits and dress shirts and pants that don't suffer much from a few safety pin holes. But I would think they would have used better judgement in the handling of a delicate and for me, priceless garment. It was intended to be an heirloom but is no longer in condition to be passed down. What a complete lack of professionalism on their part to disrespect a garment so much. The experience has been so disappointing and the amount of regret I feel when I look at my hanbok is overwhelming."

"I used to go to a dry cleaners on Potranco Rd next to the HEB, but despite the advertising on the window about in AM out PM, it was never that way. I decided to try Comet Cleaners even though the drive was a little longer and I was truly impressed. The customer service was amazing from the first day. Ready same day if dropped off early enough and you get an email when items are ready. Everything about the service was great, truly pleased and grateful I changed."
