"First time using this company. Thought it would be fine as I have heard great things about it. I was wrong. First things first. I brought in 6 six shirts to be starched heavily. I was very clear that I wanted it starched. I also present a coupon they have on their website to discount it. Less than 24 hours go by and I get an email saying my order is ready. I show up and realize they did not do any heavy starch. It seems barely starched. Then I pay and it seemed close to what I expected. As I'm heading to my car, I notice one shirt has zero starch and check my receipt to see that shirt was put in the system correctly. Upon returning inside, I am told that shirt cannot be starched because it will melt and that I needed to sign a release to attempt it. I was never told about this prior and there is nothing in the shop that would indicate I would need to do anything of the sort. I explain that and ask it to be refunded since they charged to wash a clean shirt and ignored that I specifically asked all the shirts to be starched. No call to ask me or to notify me. Just changed and charged without consequence. As I ask for my refund, I am told I will receive a credit for the cost on my account. No refund. Just a credit. I am unsure if I want to give them another try. Who would trust a company to ignore your request, fail to articulate why, and then deny your refund. I will decide later what to do about this situation. For now, I do not think I will be returning in the near future."
