"Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Comet Cleaners is the BEST in the business! Attention to detail and ready to take on your specific dry cleaning needs. I’m closer to DutchBoy which is now owned by Five Star and went to pick up my tuxedo coat 3 times as they forgot over and over to repair a sleeve button they actually broke. Drove 2 minutes up the road and Comet Cleaners made it right in less than 24 hours and earned a customer going forward. Dutch Boy / Five Star didn’t have a care in the world but Comet did! Outstanding service, outstanding turnaround time and way to help “one and done”. See you all soon and thank you for being the best!"
"Been a customer for nearly 15 years and overall they provide good service. Lately, service levels have waned though. Lack of friendly service and repeated errors on our cleaning. Still believe in their brand and value but they’re needing a reboot on service. Oct 31, 2023 - As an update to this and Comet’s reply below, they haven’t reached out to me. Some staff are friendly and helpful though since my last review. Depends who you get. Still having some issues sorting out errors."
"I must say the 2 ladies @ Comet I - 10 West are the best! One is even a San Francisco 49er fan! ( she’ll get my business all the time!! ). Sadly, the other nice lady is a Dallas Cowboy fan. I refuse to let her touch my laundry ! But even that won’t stop me from going to San Antonio’s Best Cleaners!!!"
