"The guy who cleaned my carpet is really good & friendly but it’s not really what i expected how my carpet will look after hiring professional cleaner. There are very obvious shadings or darker part on the carpet that indicates foot traffic on the area but what im expecting is at least to show some difference after cleaning it. I can just rent soap & vacuum machine and did it myself. $164+ is a lot of money for a job that i can do better myself."

"Zerorez was amazing! They steam cleaned my giant sectional couch and it looks brand new! No small feat since we have a rescue pup who has had more than a few accidents! No bacteria, and looks beautiful! They also cleaned our tile grout. That had not been done since we built our house! Again, looks beautiful! "I first used this company to clean my carpet before moving into my newly purchased home 2 years ago. The guy did a good job, and I was satisfied with the service and the price. I hired them again to clean all my carpet in mid-September. This time was even better. Jesus walked all of the carpet with a UV blacklight and found some pet stain areas that I was not aware of which needed extra treatment (the first time the guy did not do this). I was extremely pleased with the job done, and Jesus was wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful. Two days later my dog peed on the carpet in the master bedroom and my own carpet steamer was at the repair shop so I couldn't fully clean up the mess myself. I called the company and Jesus came back to do my bedroom that day! I was so impressed and happy to get it cleaned again so quickly. I highly recommend this company! The woman on the phone is always pleasant, Jesus did a great job both times and I think the price is very reasonable!"
