The Cleaning Agents

"I bought a house that needed some remodeling. Did the flooring , painted all the walls , completely remodeled the bathroom, and scrubbed off the popcorn from the ceiling. Everything in the house. When all the remodeling was done , the house was in need of a deep cleaning. I contacted the cleaning agents to help me with this task. First Everything was fine, they appeared to be really professional, so I decided to go with them. I got a message that the house was cleaned . I went the next day to check on it . And the house was far from being clean . They just cleaned around the furniture and didn't do the ceiling fans. The shelves in the closet were covered in dust. I had replaced all the windows, so there was residue of the stickers left. The cabinets in the kitchen were disgusting. So I contacted one of the owners and he got very defensive. He said they did an excellent job when they left. But I didn't understand how could he said that after I sent him pictures. I have security cameras that showed that no one entered the house since they left beside me. He told me they would go back and re do it . They finished and told me they couldn't get rid of the sticker residue from the windows. So that means that's going to be there permanently? I took a knife and was able to scrape it off . They also knocked down on of my shelves on the bathroom I put the house on airbnb, so I needed a cleaning company. I contacted them to use their services. Thinking after the rough start we had, maybe I could try them again, and maybe they fixed their mistakes . But they refused . Luckily, there are plenty of other good companies in san antonio that can do a great job. But this one is by far the worst one I worked with ."
