"Can't do 5 because on several occasions I lost money due to the machines. The staff reimbursed me on most of what I spent, but I can't get the soap pods that I lose when I have to put it in first and the water stops going. I know things aren't perfect but it should be considered when we have to move machines. No issues with the staff or the cleanliness of the establishment only the fickleness of the machines at time. I like going here close by and affordable somewhat"

"The woman there today (01/25/2024 @ 11am) called me “ridiculous” after I said never mind because she wanted to charge me in advanced and said I would have to work it out with the owner if my shirts were damaged. Lesson learned. I will stick to Jack Brown’s. At least they respect me as a customer."

"I do not recommend this place. The employees do not know how to do their job. They have ruined my sons uniforms & patches, they made some kind of markings on the sleeves & around the patches. I have spoken to the owner and to make a long conversation short, he made me the customer feel like it was our fault. I originally brought my sons uniforms to them to get them fix & I was told that they could but they never could after speaking to the owner he said that they couldn’t all along but I wasn’t told that. All they did was make the uniform shirts worse. I was told to return them but I don’t feel confident nor comfortable leaving them in their hands. They should replace the shirts since the employees damage them. Also in speaking with the owner I was very disappointed with his attitude."
