"Just ruined the place by making the dryers “free” aka you spend more on the wash and you can only dry your clothes in 20 minute intervals. Id rather pay to set the amount of time that I need but I don’t even have that option. Which is stupid and inconvenient."

"The business is clean! The last wash at 9 pm is not workable for customers. It appears that you are being rushed out nearing closing. Uneasy feeling a n d unprofessional! While customers are gathering clothes, attendants turn lights off! Additionally, it's not good customer service to hear workers grumble about customers doing their "laundry late!" Safety concerns: How about more lighting outside around laundromat after dark? How about trash pickup outside of the door? Completely repair AC system (...then customer will not be suggested to go to another laundromat for a cooler place). I am very happy that the front entrance door opens up on its on while heading out after 9 pm. It was a nuisance and waste of attendance time to unlock the door when a customer wanted to leave. Not to mention an unsafe practice!"
