"Tech was 20 minutes late and we got no phone call to let us know. Camcelled the appointment. Services like these need to understand we don't all work from home and have to take off work for these appointments. The woman who answered the phone didn't apologize and proceeded to tell me their techs are contracted out - good detail to know about this business; that doesn't make it ok to not call when you're going to be late. Asked for the owner to call me - haven't heard a word."

I love that every time I call the office to schedule something, I am greeted with the sweetest voice and always makes me feel like she is so happy to talk to me. I love their service, the cleans are always amazing, they get here quickly when there is an emergency, and their housekeepers are great!
