"I asked the lady behind the counter if this location was associated with the national chain of Comet Cleaners. She couldn't answer. With 4 dress shirts needing cleaned, I gave her my phone number, last name and first name. I spelled my name twice for her and she still misspelled. My first visit to this location. If you cant pay attention to details enough to spell my name correctly, you're not worthy of my business. Sorry but I don't do business with stupid people."
"First time I ever brought anything to this business. I brought my $200 Ugg comforter to be cleaned. After getting it home and unpacked, it was not clean at all and had some sort of residue all over it. I genuinely thought it must have been missed in whatever system of organization they have and brought it back. They were so rude and insisted that they cleaned it. After arguing with them, they agreed to clean it again but were not happy about it. I picked it up the second time……I swear they just urinated on it and stuck it back in the bag. These people are rude and arrogant; lack integrity and take no pride in their work. Fortunately, Texan Cleaners in Stephenville was able to save it and did a fabulous job; like new. They also did for $28 compared to the $55 these ***hats charged."
