"UPDATE: after finding out I was unhappy Tony told me to give them a call back, before I even called he reached back out to me and wanted to apologize and come out to look at my couches himself. The stains I had needed a very strong solution treatment and even that wasn’t guaranteed to get them out. That solution isn’t standard use because it could potentially damage your upholstery. With my permission he spot treated my stains and he was able to almost get them completely out. By looking at my couches you wouldn't even know they were there! He was very professional and kind and truly cares about his business and his customers. He was very quick to come back out and very sincere with wanting to help me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his company again in the future and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Updated pictures of my cushions added! Original review: I bought a couch set off Facebook and wanted these stains out of my cushions. Blake was very nice but as he started cleaning them he said he couldn't get the large (3 dots) stain out. He showed me how it wasn’t coming off and we basically figured out I would just have to flip that cushion over to hide that stain. They finished cleaning, I paid and they left. Once my cushions were dry I went to put them back on I realized he wasn’t able to get any of the stains out. I’m pretty disappointed as the whole reason I hired them was to remove these stains."
