"If I could give a zero star I would. They lost my handkerchief that was with my suite, attached to pocket. Did not seem interested or care. Just purchased for my son’s wedding. After going around in circles I asked for the franchise owners number, which they refused to give me. They said you will have to call tomorrow. I called back as advised at 115PM and was advised owner left you have to wait until the next day. They have attitude, don’t seem interested in helping out, this is a total atrocious way to run a business."
"I had my wedding dress repaired and dry cleaned here- 27 year old satin dress that my aunt wore for her wedding- they did an awesome job with it and they were SO kind. Even with all of my wedding induced anxiety, they were very understanding and patient. The also got it done VERY quickly. They also took back my fiancé's shirt back free of charge when we noticed there were some starch marks on it. Would definitely recommend!"
"One of the most expensive, dry cleaners on the planet. They will nickel and dime you for everything. They tack on a junk fees for chemical recovery on every order even if it’s just laundry. They will randomly charge you for a stain even though there is no stain on your item. I guess I feel they can get away with this since they are only one of two dry cleaners in this town."
"At a wedding, I spilled my drink all over my satin dress. I needed the stains removed to wear again. I originally took it to Heritage and when I went to pick it up it looked like it had not been touched. All stains were visibly present. Was told that was the best they could do. I took that same dress to this establishment and they removed all stains!! The professionalism was amazing. They were open and honest with the timeliness and care for my dress. I 10/10 recommend them and I switched to only use them as I trust them with my clothes."
"I have used this cleaners off and on for five years. We are retired now and don’t wear jeans or shirts that need to be starched and ironed, but when I do take something in. They always do a good job. I took a gown and robe that was purchased for my mom to wear when she passed away for her funeral. The women in her family always wear pink gowns and robes. I took it them to wash or dry clean and press. When I went to pick it up, they wouldn’t charge me. They do this as a courtesy. I was taken aback! What a wonderful gift to give a family. Thank you!"
