"A few things I noticed during my visit - both restrooms out of service - water fountain out of service - both bill breaker machines out of service - both card machines have an issue - A/C seems to be out of service Based on previous reviews, these issues have been ongoing for weeks, months, or years and haven’t been addressed. What looks like an automated response claims to have brought this up to management but nothing has been done. How many messages to the Management Team does it take?"
"I have been coming to this place for almost 3 years. Everything was great. This pass month the ladies restroom is not working. Has a big sign saying it's been repaired. I really think you should fix it before it gets reported to consumer report"
"The washers and dryers are clean and the place is very clean. The only problem is that the machines that load the money card takes only cash and they have no change. The soap and softener are very excessive almost double the cost from a local store. So bring your product from home"
