"This is the worst cleaners in the Valley. I dropped off my mothers cloths and all they returned was my jackets… I called the owner at the Pharr,Texas location and he said he was going to look in the cameras because the lady was so busy when I came in with the clothes she never gave me a ticket. She said she would take care of it. They literally stole all my mothers, nice clothes. My mother is 78 and the Laughing she needed is her clothes disappearing. She just had hip surgery, so taking her to the mall to replace Her garments was impossible. The owner did not refund us any of our The money to replace the clothing. When I called back, he wouldn’t take my calls. Whoever answered the phone said he was busy. It’s a shame, how careless they are with clothing, and how they allow their employees to steal garments. They have the cameras they have the film where we dropped off the clothes and they didn’t even put charges against their employee. They couldn’t find the clothing, because because she Had taken them I guess they don’t realize: Regardless of the age of the person, designer clothing is easy to resell. But I’m kind of wondering if they were in on it as the owners are older as well. It is a shame that this happens here in the valley don’t take your clothes to the cleaners."
