"We gave them a very difficult rug cleaning challenge, and they did an excellent job. We had a large (9 foot circular diameter) hand made braided rug. It had not been cleaned in decades. It smelled terrible and was stained. They took on the challenge of get the odors, dirt and stains out this rug. Even with a fixed price for this job, they treated it several times to make sure they could freshen it up and restore it to usable shape. They did a great job."

"I was very impressed with the service and quality of work completed. They replaced the carpets in the entire home. The price was very reasonable, with good communication from the office. The integrity of the installers and company was great. I got a call telling me the existing pad was in good shape and did not need to be replaced, even though the estimate included a new pad. I am out of town and they could have done whatever they wanted and I would not have known the difference. I highly recommend this company for carpet replacement"

"This carpet company claimed they would get the pet smell out of our carpet - we had two dogs and no other pets. They came through twice the first time they lied about doing a pet treatment. They told our renters one thing and us, the owners another. The second time they went through and did the pet treatment but somehow the smell got stronger. We called a different carpet company to come through 2 days later And in their opinion Acme has done absolutely nothing other then spray water in the carpet then charge us $200. The company pulled 3 grocery-bag-size full bags of pet dander out of the carpet and dumped black water each time. When we originally called Acme to have them fix their issue or refund us all of our money (when the smell got really bad) which they charged extra the second time -they yelled at us and hung up on us. This is a terrible company and they are dishonest."
