"I was informed that the jacket would be ready on Wednesday but the ticket didn't indicate @ what time exactly. I got to the cleaners on Wednesday @ 11 am & was informed that it wasn't ready. I told the clerk that it didn't indicate the time but just ready on Wednesday. Please inform customers about what time it can be ready so that we don't lose time going there, especially during our lunchtime. Although I had that issue, I will still go there."

"Terrible customer service, no responsibility value. ZERO RECOMMENDATION!!! My wife bought a dress 'Vince Camuto Model:VC8M5594' It cost her $160.00. I mention it so you can search and see the color of the dress. Before taking it to an event I have it washed/ironed with this store. They delivered it well. The terrible service started after the event, the second time they sent the dress to be cleaned. The white color of the dress was delivered in GRAY! and/or Oyster (photographs added). Blue marks on the edges and the manager full of excuses. He did not want to answer for the mistake they made.... That we did have the purchase receipt for the dress, that they are not responsible, that we had never taken the dress to clean and that was the incredible excuses they gave. Very bad service! This review is to expose their poor customer treatment and lack of professionalism. The dress was delivered with the white/pearl part in OYSTER GRAY!! Twice we tried to get them to respond and twice we were treated despotically. If they don't really know how to provide a service, it's better to refrain from offering them..."
