"I had a very bad experience. This was my first and will be my last time i will take anything there. I took my winter jackets and pants on a Wednesday to get dry cleaned. They give me a receipt of total and to pick up on monday after 5pm. I go on monday and they tell me is not ready till couple more hrs later . So i go back hours later like they tell me and again is not ready till next day. Then they call me next day and tells me that the receipt total was wrong that it was going to be more cause the jackets had other inside jackets so it would be like $80 more. Thats not my fault they didnt give me the correct price when they received my cloth and gave me the receipt . So i think they were very unprofessional and was very expensive for what it was. Very poor customer service and how they handled it."

"It was a last minute emergency. When everyone else said they couldn’t dry clean my suit within 2 days these guys did. They went above and beyond and had my suit ready when they said it will be ready. My new favorite dry cleaner. Highly recommend."
"They never finish on time and always say there is something wrong with the machine. They didn’t even bother calling me to notify about the problem. They also say they are way behind schedule. That is not my problem and I expect my stuff to be done at the time I given. Don’t say “yes” if it isn’t guaranteed."
