"I’d give zero stars but can’t. Check your receipts before payment because the lady charged me double tax! My receipt when I dropped off the clothing says $10.81 and after picking up and swiping my card it was $11.70!!! This lady is at the front and is so rude and unprofessional. Maybe she’s the owner, manager or whatever but that doesn’t give her the right to talk to customers in like an “I don’t care” manner. If you see a 60+ year old, short, brown skinned lady, thats the one I’m writing about."

"Dropped of a suit I needed to get dry cleaned. Lady said show up tomorrow with this receipt at noon and it will be ready. I mentioned how it was for an important interview that I have to drive out of town in the morning. Next day I went in around 5pm a whole extra 5 hours for them to get it done. Lady says “it’s not ready.. when do you need it by?” I mentioned to her how I needed it for the next morning early to leave out of town.. she mentions how the water went out and my urgency was not her problem. I asked her to get the suit and the pants and the shirt.. so I can take it else were. Told me I’d have to wait.. I waited a whole 30 min while she was doing other things ..I finally told her please go get my shirt so I can pay and leave.. she told me to wait .. so I told her keep the shirt.. just give me the suit and pants and just let me pay what I owe and let me leave.. she went to the back brought me a wet shirt and slapped it in top of my suit and pants.. I asked her what do I owe you. After that I left.. went to the mall to buy everything I needed new.. this place is was so unprofessional.. never going here again. And I hope nobody else goes here or goes through the hassle and unprofessional incompetence of these people. ZERO STARS..UNRELIABLE.. UNPROFESSIONAL."
