"Machine stopped accepting my quarters. I ask for help. And explained I had lost money. Girl checks the cameras says "I cannot see you have lost any money". She lies saying it's a clear shot (it's not, or she would have seen it). She clearly doesn't believe me. I tell her to check again. I go to the gas side and look at the video being reviewed (visible from infront of counter). I am told I cannot watch the footage and to "stop looking back here" After 20+ minutes of these shenanigans she says I can give you a dollar (a little less than I lost). I have been using laundromats for years. This was the worst experience."
