"Been a customer for over a year now and I have to say they offer an amazing dry cleaning service. But as of recently it’s all be going down the drain. First it started off with them charging me $75 to spot clean a hoodie, didnt even get the stains out btw… Heat pressing my EMBOSSED button up shirt, ruining the design. Creasing pants that should clearly not be creased. The heat from creasing my black jeans has turned them GREY :( And just over all doing things that weren’t asked for and still having to pay for them. If you’re not bringing slacks/tux/uniform look for other alternatives to cleaning your garments! do not take anything of value ! It will get ruined or you will be overcharged :/"
