"These people are unprofessional. My special needs brothet wrnt in there to get his pants hemmed straight leg. They did it incorrectly and are giving him the run around. The manager is never there and when he calls they laugh at him in the background. I will get to the bottom of this and will never recommend this place. So disappointing."
"Disappointed in the service I was provided. I left 4 long sleeved shirts and 4 pants to be heavy starched and creased. When I went to picked them up, my pants were done how I asked but the shirts were not. The shirt's sleeves were not creased, except for one shirt that had one sleeve double creased. I brought it to their attention and they offered to redo the shirts. So I left them their to be redone. They were creased this time but not heavy starched and the one shirt with the double crease in it was still double creased. They offered to do them over again but I declined I was not offered refund either. I will not be bringing my clothes here anymore because they had a second chance to make it right and failed."
