"I made an appointment with this gentleman at a specific time on a specific day and 20 minutes after he was supposed to show up I’ll text him. This is when he told me that he was waiting to on UPS package to sign for a package. That is totally understandable, I get that, but what I would’ve liked is 30 minutes or an hour before he was supposed to show up , he should’ve text me and told me he was running late, and that he doesn’t know when he’ll be there because he was waiting to sign for a package and I would’ve been fine with that. Communication is key , you can’t just leave a customer hanging, you need to let them know what’s going on with the appointment."

"I had acquired a large piece of furniture that I could not unload by myself, this was Good Friday so I wasn't expecting anyone to be working. He explained that he had let his crew off for the weekend but would be glad to come help me, he arrived in about 30 minutes and proceeded to unload and set up this large piece in my home. He was very professional and I was very grateful that he took the time from his holiday to help me out. I will definitely call him again for any work/unloading I need done around my house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman."
