"This was a horrible first impression. First, the cleaners were over an hour late with no apology until after I mentioned it. They were lost. There was a really bad language barrier as the person I spoke to didn’t come to clean (her English was pretty good) neither of the ladies really spoke English. I wasn’t informed before hand that dishes wasn’t included in a regular clean. It’s an additional $15 which is fine, but it was never communicated so the lady washed the dishes, left them in the sink soaked with water and left two pots on the stove that needed to be cleaned. She literally picked the pots up, cleaned the stove and placed the dirty pots back on the stove. At the end of the service Gabby who I’m assuming is the owner told me my total was $200 because it’s their first time cleaning and said my cleaning was a deep clean when in fact it was not and one of the ladies agreed that it was not a deep cleaning. My refrigerator wasn’t touched at all and one whole room I just told them to dust and vacuum. Gabby told me the hourly rate was $85. They started at 11:40am and stopped at 1:44pm so how did we get $200? Even if we added on the additional $15 for dishes. Afterwards she apologized which was fine and told me $170, but I told her I’d never book again. This morning, I get up and I notice my retainer is missing from my bathroom counter. It’s nowhere to be found and my gut is telling me it was thrown away. I looked everywhere for my $200 retainer and it’s gone. I never gave them permission to throw anything away outside of empty soap containers. Worst experience EVER."

"Super Y, they polished my mamas brass and clean the glass. I can see clearly now, when I'm looking out these old windows. I recommend Super Y if you pay attention to detail in your sparking home. A 1st class bunch that gets the job done right the 1st time!"

"I hired them to clean out my apartment after I moved out. First off they were an hour late. They finished in 1.5 hours, which seemed pretty fast to me for a large 1 bedroom apartment. I got there and noticed they did not clean the refrigerator or the microwave and I said this to the lady so she called the girls and they rushed back in to do it. After they left I noticed they did not clean the oven properly, the freezer, my washer, or dust the closet. I was also charged $25 extra for the fridge and oven to be “cleaned”. Overall I do not recommend this company."
