"Took a big order in asked for extra heavy starch when I dropped them off, went back to pick them up and it was very obvious they weren’t done that way. When I asked about it I was told they only did “heavy” (by the same girl I dropped them off with requesting extra heavy) but honestly it was closer to a medium or light when I mentioned it I got a shoulder shrug like it wasn’t her problem and was charged full price for a sub par service. The seems weren’t lined up there were wrinkles pressed in on top of that I had 4 of their flimsy hangers break and 4 pairs of jeans fell in a mud puddle when I was carrying them inside. Definitely won’t ever go back."
