"This is the 2nd time I have brought a comforter in and asked them to dry clean because the last comforter shrunk by laundering it. Needless to say they just do what they want because they laundered this one too. This is the last time I use US CLEANERS."

"Do not go here. The service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and dont seem to know what to do when a customer walks in. I asked for a wash and fold, and they just dumped my laundry out on the counter and told me it wouldn't be ready for 3 days. Very unprofessional."

"I thought that my dress pants were missing from my order. I needed them for a work presentation the next week. (My husband later found that they fell out in his work vehicle:() In the meantime, Melissa was so kind and professional and went to amazing lengths to find my pants. She personally went through the piles at the plant, called all of the stores and had them walk the lines and look at every pair of black pants. She personally walked the Bell store and ran camera footage of my order. She called me frequently to let me know the steps she was taking and where we were. I have NEVER had such personalized, professional service all for one pair of pants! You do not find this kind of service everywhere, I am thoroughly impressed and will continue to use them as my cleaners. Thank you for being amazing!!!!!!"

"So guess they saw my review , based on the phone call I just received. The manager at bell street store has now justified the lie and poor customer service on the fact that because “some” items did get done it’s “ok” …. That’s funny , when you TOOK my money you got it ALL not just SOME of it . Which is how this company gets you by making you pay first , cause they know you can’t say nothing and you need your clothes . On top of barely getting my pants done today 5/27/22 at 2 pm instead yesterday after 6 pm …. No they have the audacity to take my pants to another store …thanks a lot U.S. Cleaners . I guess my money isn’t as important as your 2000 plus other customers . And to think I left one place to find a place closer to the interstate since I haul livestock and don’t live in Amarillo… now I’ve got to go buy another pair of 80.00 cinch jeans . To say unbelievable would be putting it lightly….. Sincerely your unvalued customer ."

"Read before using this cleaners. They have lost two of my shirts ($200) and are asking for 30 days to find them. I was told it is policy to take 30 days. 30 freakin days? I understand misplacing things. It’s going to happen, but how would the business owner like it if it was their items? And will they really pay me if not found? Find them and maybe I’ll remove this."
