"This place has really gone downhill. It provided awesome service when they first opened, but they consistently either lose my clothes and force me to come back “when they find them”. My jeans are not even remotely heavy starched. They used to be, but the last several trips I got jeans back that I could have starched at home better. They had my daughters letterman jacket for 3+ weeks and never dry cleaned it. We had to insist they go find it and give it back dirty. They acted like they were doing us a favor not charging us for not dry cleaning it?!? Waiting for their conveyor system to get your clothes is also a real pain point, especially when 2-3 people are in front of you. I’ve waited 10-15 minutes for it to spin around. I won’t do business here again."

"We love using Tide Cleaners on 45th & Soncy. They stand behind their work and correct any issues we may have (and we don’t have many). They are always kind and they even remember our vehicle and have our name called up on the computer by the time we get inside. We have used them for 6 years."

"Not impressed by the service offered , showed up to pick up clothes and told to return an hour later due to clothing conveyor system being down . An hour later the system will be down another few hours . From the comments made by the person working on the system it has happened before . Told me this usually takes 4 hours , if your business is getting clothing to customers then there should be a back up system to retrieve clothing for customers . Would not recommend this place . Got a call from Manager , was in a meeting they left voicemail. I call back and someone picks up and then leaves the phone on the counter not on hold I listened for like two minutes then hung up.Conveyor back up and running , General Manager comes out to talk to me. At this point I just want to pay for services and grab my daughter’s dress and get home to get ready. Manager asked me “ What is the problem I am having “ I replied that I just wanted to pay and leave. He said we are not going to charge you , good on them. I wake up this morning and two charges from Tide Cleaners!! SMH are we even trying at this point . Would give zero stars if that was an option ."

"This was my first experience with Tides Cleaners and it was a phenomenal experience! The young lady that assisted me was so very helpful and when I had questions she did not know the answers to, she went to get her manager who was then able to provide me the answers! I really appreciated that instead of the “I don’t know (period)” answer. When I went back to get my clothes they were ready for me! Overall, I was just really impressed with atmosphere, the kindness and the friendliness of all of the employees I came into contract with! Great job, keep up the great work Tides Cleaners!!! ☺️☺️☺️"
