"We were patients of Dr Tennant for 6 years before he sadly passed away. Dr Coxsey took over and she was arrogant and rude. I had a virtual appt one afternoon and I had a in person appointment scheduled the next day. We agreed I didnt need it and she said she would have her assistant cancel it. Next thing I know, she dismissed me as a patient for missing my appointment leaving me with health issues and nowhere to go, unable to fill my prescriptions that I need or else I get beyond ill. Nobody was able to reverse that or help me and the office staff was extremely rude about it. Dr Tennant would have NEVER allowed this. She is a shame to the practice that he so much cared for. She wrote on the letter how important and busy she is and I basically wasted her time at the appt I missed that SHE told me she would cancel. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. YOU ARE A SHAME this practice!!!"

"Doctor may possibly have cognitive issues as I was in the office and she repeatedly thought I was someone else. I was prescribed medication for a condition that was different than what I have. She claimed I had symptoms I never told her I had. At one point, I had to remind her of why I was there and she may be confusing me for another patient. At another point, she thought I wanted an additional medication I wasn’t even there for that I never mentioned I wanted to treat. My husband also sees her and the nurse will not fill medications he is entitled to receive for blood pressure without practically having to beg for them. They repeatedly want him to come in for an office visit when the doctor has stated, he only needs to come in once a year to continue receiving all of his medications. It had been 3.5 months since his last visit and again they want another visit. She is very nice but between memory issues and office staff not following doctors orders, having to look elsewhere."

"Dr. Coxsey is a skilled physician with the added talent of discern to what you feel could be the problem. She and her staff are helpful you get control of your health issue, while not lecturing you. Also, she and her staff are willing to take the extra time to consider the whole patient needs. My results have always turned around promptly. She is the doctor a man or woman would enjoy going to see."

"I am always impressed with Dr. Diana Coxsey. Trust is very important to me with my Dr. Without a doubt I can trust Dr. Coxsey with my health....physically and emotionally. She really listens. If there ever is an issue she doesn't have the answer .....she always gets back to me immediately after doing research or whatever. When needed she always has an excellent referral for other treatments or procedures. The Dr.s she has referred have been excellent. Dr. Coxsey is always punctual. Her nurse assistants are awesome. They always seem to thoroughly enjoy working with her. I feel so blessed to have a Dr. Like Dr. Coxsey. I know I am excellent hands. Thank you taking taking my survey."
