Primrose School of Coppell

"When we found ourselves suddenly moving to DFW one of my biggest concerns was how could we find a daycare we loved as much as our last one? How could I leave my babies with people I didn’t even know? Primrose of Coppell stood out among everywhere we toured. As soon as I walked in we felt the warmest welcome. The day I toured Ms. Orozco showed me around and was so friendly and happily answered all my questions about what my three little ones would do and learn. What I was most nervous about was leaving my 4 month old but as soon as I met Ms. Maria, Ms. Iommi and Ms. Taji all my fears lifted. They were so so sweet and I knew they would take such good care of my baby. A year and a half later and we have only had wonderful experiences with all the classrooms and teachers and the admin staff. They are all positive, friendly people who really love the kids and want to create a wonderful environment for them. My 5 year old went to kindergarten more than ready and our two other little ones are absolutely thriving in the preschool classes. There are many other daycares (including primroses) that would be closer to our house but we can’t imagine leaving the wonderful people at Primrose of Coppell."

When I started with management I moved to this Primrose location and it has been the best thing to happen to my career. "The staff and level of care at Primrose are top notch! If you have not found a place for your little, look no further! It is a difficult task to leave your baby in the hands of someone else, but it was easy at Primrose. The staff took the time to listen to our concerns and ask about our baby’s care needs. They let us meet with the teachers prior to the first day to ensure we were all comfortable. On our first day, I was so impressed when the staff greeted each parent and child by name as we walked in the door! The mobile app is amazing! We can text or call the staff and always receive instant replies. We receive real-time updates on food, bathroom, activities, and more. The teachers send pictures throughout the day and discuss developmental milestone progress. They provide tips and tricks to help with your little, which is such a wonderful bonus for us, as first time parents. My little is always happy to see her teachers who greet her with smiles and snuggles every morning. I know that I am leaving my little in great hands at Primrose."
