"Bliss Direct is unlike any primary care experience I’ve had. Dr. Shaikh personally returned my call (immediately) and also texted me about her practice. The appointment process was easy. The cost of the annual exam and blood work was 67% less than that of my longtime PCP. Dr. Shaikh conducted the entire exam (rather than an assistant with the doctor coming in for three minutes). The doctor also called me at 8 pm as soon as she received the lab results to talk through the scores — although there were no issues of concern. She walked through every number and explained what they mean — and what I could do to lower certain numbers. As someone without traditional health care insurance who is not old enough to receive Medicare, I’m grateful for an affordable and client-focused option like Bliss Direct Primary Care."
