"Wasn't feeling well was able make same day appointment was taken car of. doctor when straight to the point was in & out within minutes & even recommended a cheaper pharmacy since I didn't have insurance at the time. Which saved me money. Well be back for sure if ever feeling I'll."

"I was able to get in very quickly and the building seemed clean with minor wear and tear. However, the doctor had exactly zero bedside manner and even coughed into the air at one point. She was very rude and rushed me out of there as fast as she could. Doctors like this are why I avoid them so much. I will be going elsewhere from now on. The front desk/nurse was very kind and personable. Judging by other comments, the issue with the doctor is because I’m overweight. She seems to have an issue with fat people which is what I felt and told my husband when I got home. As someone who just started working on her weight again, it was very disheartening to have a doctor make you feel bad for being overweight."

Dr. chintapalli is so warm and welcoming you literally feel like she’s personally invested in your health and well-being like a family member would be. They were quick to process me and take care of me and I highly highly recommend them. I was surprised to find out they’re more than just an urgent care so I will be using them as my future PCP. "I’m a disabled veteran living in Anna Texas. I went to urgent care at clinic of Anna on August 19, 2021. In my 71 years I have been to many doctors appointments. This appointment is at the top of the list of all appointments I’ve ever had for things much more serious than what I was diagnosed with. It was the most thorough appointment I’ve ever had. The staff is very caring and attentive. The doctor took her time to speak with me about my situation. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and immediately given a regime of medication to fight the pneumonia. I was given a breathing treatment which was miraculous because my conditions improve 100% day after day. If you are looking for urgent care in the local area I highly highly recommend this office. Also if you are a veteran, under the veterans care act You can go to the office three times a year at no cost to you. I’m not sure what the complete qualifications are but check them out they are outstanding. Going there with eliminate you having to drive all the way to Dallas and her Bonham. I just want to say thank you very much to the team at urgent care clinic of Anna. Your tops in my book and although I hope I don’t need to use you again I definitely will if necessary.
