"I love Banfield! They are awesome, very patient and very nice, I’ve never had any issues! Everyone is great but there’s always that one person that stands out! Stephanie, she works front desk and always has a smile on her face. She does her best getting your pet the best care possible and making sure you’re happy when you leave. Everytime I’m in there we always talk about our pet babies together, she shows true love for the fur babies!"

"The doctors are great !!! The atmosphere is great!! Fun-loving,caring people who seem to love their job (but there's always one), there is one, a customer service rep that sit at the front desk have serious attitude problem. I think her name is Stephanie and if that's not here name I will get her name she is the older white woman I think she's prejudiced I don't know this lady outside of this building never dealt with her until I come to Banfield Hospital she's has a smile on her face but she's really nasty terrible attitude and impatient she's there early mornings she act as if someone did some something to her and she takes it out on her customers she pretend to be nice but she's not, I think she belongs in the back so that she don't have to deal with the customers who paying good money for pet care. Because if she does me like that, she does other people like that too, and I don't trust her"

"I love this location! Banfield is an excellent vet clinic with experienced personnel who listen and care. They treat my dog very well, as if she were their own and always try to make her feel more at ease for her visits. Mariah, one of the vet techs, is particular good. She has a calming nature and friendly disposition. You can tell she loves her job!"

"Stephanie and Amanda were amazing help and made sure everything went smoothly for my dogs spay! They were so informative, which made my experience phenomenal!! Bailey helped walk me through the process, medication, and after care, and took such great care of my dog Winnie! Thank you for such an awesome experience."

"I’ve been with Banfield Pet Hospital for 12 years. Sadly, I had to put my precious dog, Chico, to sleep due to kidney failure last Thursday. But when I called them on Friday to cancel my plan, I was told that would have to continue paying until the end of the current policy which had just auto-renewed in March (or pay the full price for services rendered). This is highly unethical!! Who continues to pay medical premiums for someone who is decease?!? Not to mention that my dog had not received any services for FOUR years due to the pandemic, but I continued to pay the premiums and no refunds was given for the time period in which they were closed. Hence, if ever I was to get another pet, I assure you that Banfield Pet Hospital will not be my chosen veterinary clinic!"
