"This company has no business parading around as a commercial pool company. It is evident they have no idea how to maintain a pool at least not a commercial pool. I floated the Comal and it was cleaner than our community lazy river. They bit off more than they can chew and it shows, so disappointing. I figure they must be related to the developer or someone owed somebody a favor because our pools have been trash for 2 years now with this company."
"This company has been continuously in control of servicing our Sunfield aquatic facilities for years. They failed to prepare them for opening at the usual start of season and it became obvious that they were not properly maintaining the equipment (filters) once the facilities were opened. The facilities have now been open for 1 month and they are still weeks away from completing the removal of the algae that grew while under their continuous care. They continue to deflect away from providing timely services they are contracted to perform. I would not consider them when hiring a pool care professional. Signed Sunfield resident."
"This company has not been doing a great job at keeping our community lap pool, splash pad, and lazy river clean. They say that they maintain and clean the pools but the water always looks murky, green, and dirty. Don’t recommended them at all!"
"Commercial swim has been maintaining the lazy river, lap pool and splash pad at Sunfield Community for 3+ years and it’s been HORRIBLE the entire time. They do not maintain the pools consistently and the community is left with green, algae ridden pools all summer. They say they are fixing things and replacing parts to get the water clear again and then it’s green again after 1 weekend. These are huge pools that service thousands of homes and paying HOA members that are consistently disgusting and mismanaged. The entire community is angry and upset that we are waisting our money on these amenities that are basically unusable."
"I have been going to the Legacy Gold’s Gym (151) and swimming laps here since most the indoor pools have been closed. This is my 4th time here and the pool is consistently clean. Today I had the pleasure of finding out why. Because Commercial Swim maintains them. Special thank you to Mr. Michael for so polite and courteous while I was swimming when he had a job to do."
