"Good repairs done to pool"
"I would give zero stars if I could. RUN don't walk away from this company. This company is dangerous and does not hold itself accountable for their own incompetency's and they couldn't even be bothered to park their service truck within our parking spaces. Terrible service if you can even call it that."
"To say the customer service is “poor” is generous. They will not show on service days and not let you know in advance or admit it afterwards. But don’t worry, you’ll be charged regardless!! Price gouging on chemical applications and on top will apply unnecessary chemical to drive up costs as chemicals aren’t included in their contracts. Despite multiple professional opinions (and online storage guidelines) in opposition to their stated methodology, they refuse to own up to the fact that they store chemicals improperly and in a manner that has caused extensive damage to our equipment and storage area. Apparently it’s ok to leave acid uncapped because their team is “trained to properly handle it”… ignoring the fact that non-staff at need to access this room in an emergency, AND that metal and wood construction materials don’t do well exposed long term to acid fumes which resulted in widespread corrosion leading to expensive equipment repairs/replacements as well as us needing to rebuild doors, frames, and fallen drywall… which they tried to blame on rats (no evidence of rats anywhere, just open vats of acid). Owner refused to adjust storage methods to improve safety and reduce hazardous fumes despite multiple requests and evidence showing his statements are not in line with industry standard operating procedures. Thankfully, we have found not just a better and more professional service provider, but one who charges less with no hidden fees."
