"Worst service, communication, and every excuse in the book for missing appointments. This month they even skipped a week and billed me for it! They said there was a dog in the back yard, so they left. A 10 month old lab puppy was back there, and all they had to do was knock on the door and the dog would have been taken in. His excuses are he was short staffed, he had COVID, couldn’t get by our house because they were too busy. He is one of these guys that wants your money but does not want to work for it. Stay away from this guy. He’s bad news."

"We had been using the same pool service for years and had become disappointed that the service wasn't matching the price. From the moment we reached out to him, we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge on pools. He came out and gave us a great assessment of what we needed to have done to our pool. There was also some maintenance work that needed to be done that HAD it remained unchecked , could have cost us MUCH more than we would have expected! He took the time to explain, and show us, everything that needed to be done and gave us a quote that was extremely reasonable. When it came time to do the repairs, which were much needed, he responded promptly and was able to not only fix everything to get it running right, he offered us an opportunity to make our pool work wirelessly from our phones or tablets! It's not only a fantastic option for remotely turning on the pool, it's nice to be able to login from ANYWHERE! Even better, I can be finishing up on the 18th hole of golf or just getting off work and from my phone, I can turn on the heated spa and by the time I get home, it's ready to go for me to get in and just relax with a nice, cold adult beverage! The subsequent maintenance of the pool has been absolutely great! The technician, Jacquelyn, shows up as scheduled, does a phenomenal job on all the regular maintenance and ensures that everything is working and done as needed. And after the visit, we receive a report, with a picture, on everything that was done! I cannot tell you how IMPRESSED we are with our pool looking like it should. We've had other pool companies that have been out and not done what they said they would do. However, Noah and his team are a SUPERB group of individuals that are truly dedicated to the quality of work they provide and the invaluable customer service experience they bring. I can tell you that you CANNOT find a better pool service in The Woodlands area!"

"Recently I had Backyard springs perform a much needed equipment upgrade on my pool including pumps, lights and control automation. I had 4 bids for the work before choosing Backyard Springs. Their bid was very competitive and nicely presented with line item details. Noah arrived to do the work on the day promised and completed the updates in a single day. He came back twice within the week for a couple of follow up items and training on the new equipment. Overall I am very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future."
