"Terrible customer service . They simply don’t return calls. I am not sure how they keep customers. I called Hipp pools 16 days ago and asked them to repair my pool heater. The nice lady who answered the phone promised to schedule it and said goodbye. I said “wait a second, you haven’t gathered any contact details!” Then she realized that she had confused me for an existing customer with a similar name. Fair enough. 14 days latter I called and asked why I hadn’t been contacted. She told me that she remembered me but couldn’t locate my ticket! I really would have expected an “I am so sorry that we lost your ticket, I will get someone out there today!” But instead she said she would research it and get back to me. Now, it’s two days latter and I still haven’t heard from them! So I called and got an answering machine and told them that they lost me as a customer, and that I would look for a more responsive company. I then called Sterling Ridge pools. Within an hour I got a call back with an appointment time. I won’t be wasting any more time with Hipp pools."
