"Service is nonexistent, they won’t answer the phone, so you have to go there to get any answers. Don’t think you’re going to the old Texsun Pool shop, it’s not the same. They sat on my pool cleaner for a month just to tell me they can’t fix that manufacturer anymore. I’ve spent my last dime at Leslie’s."

"I bought a pool vacuum in Dec 2021. I had to take it in for repair in Jan 2023, still under warranty. My vacuum has been sitting at the store waiting on (1) part for over 2 months and counting now....I'll update this review after I finally receive my vacuum back so you know the total time. When I went into the store to check, the gentlemen told me that one guy waited for his parts for 6 months! This is totally unacceptable! Bottom line - If you have something that needs to be repaired, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS STORE."

"We have gone here for the last 5 years for our spa. We could buy chemicals cheaper on Amazon but you can’t get the good advice from the guys. Everyone there we have dealt with have been super friendly and helpful. We bought a very large salt water hot tub. It took awhile to get balanced correctly. After talking with the guys at Texsun, they broke down the pros and cons of a salt water spa and how salt water will damage pumps a lot faster. I switched back to just fresh water and bromine. Way better."
