"I discovered Ultra Custom Pools on YouTube back in 2019. After watching the video I knew that I wanted Scott and Mincy to build our pool. I wasn’t ready to build in 2019; however I reached out to them and told them when I was ready I was rocking with them. Fast forward to early 2022 and we were ready to build. Our initial consultation for creating a design was effortless and incredible. We told them what we wanted and had a rendering of the pool design back within three days. We approved the design and within the next week we met with Scott and Mincy to pick out selections. Mincy has an eye for details and her ideas helped us select materials that go along with our home.The pool consultation was truly a vibe, from the great energy, the champagne toast, and laughter made it a great day. The pool build started Friday February 11th and by the next week gunite was completed. The efficiency and details of the Ultra Custom pool team was nothing short of amazing. "I give Ultra Custom Pools my highest recommendation. This past summer, my wife and I wanted to better-utilize our 500 square foot covered patio - an outdoor/summer kitchen seemed like the best idea for us. Ultra Custom Pools certainly delivered! We feel like we put an addition on our house and doubled the livable space. Considering we have 1-story home this was one of the best investments we have ever made. We started with a 15ft bare wall and had some unique requests as it pertained to electrical and plumbing. In addition I wanted to pick out my own granite and stone. Ultra Custom Pools was more than accommodating and provided multiple vendors from which to choose. In addition, from initial quote to the start of construction I only had to wait 2 weeks! Once we began construction, the master craftsman completed our project ahead of schedule. What I noticed above all was the work ethic and attention to detail of the Ultra Pools staff. Many pool companies will use cheap appliances, build a cinder block "house", put granite on top and cut holes in it for the grill/sink/etc. This was NOT the case with Ultra Custom. They hand measured, cut and leveled every interior support by hand and used extensive reinforcing braces to ensure there were not "rattles" in the counter. This is not the easy way to do it, but it's the right way to do it.
