Being a tenant, I lack the authority to dismiss them, but if I had the choice, they would definitely be sacked. Their service quality is simply appalling. The pictures attached are after their so-called weekly cleaning service. Moreover, their staff, say Raymond or Harold, always leave my gate unlatched, leading to my dogs escaping.
