"First visit. Attended 2 classes. Instructors are excellent. New professional equipment is still arriving and not available for use, just yet. What is already an extremely welcoming space for senior citizens to attain and retain physical fitness is about to have the professional grade exercise stations that will continue to enhance strength, stamina and balance. Hallmarks of a long, active, and fruitful life."

"I enjoy cooming to the YMCA The employees are friendly and helpful. You meet people of all age groups. It's not so crowded like some other gyms, plus you can workout and it's always clean."
"I had joined in the effort to become healthier as I recovered from back surgery. Going there really helped me a lot. The staff works with the patrons to ensure we become more fit without danger. They've got a great little pool, that's easy to get in and out of; machines and free weights; fitness classes. Go there and get yourself healthy."
