"Elle is great!! We accidentally called her at the wrong store and said that we needed to buy something really quick and it was 5:58 pm (they close at 6 pm) and thinking we were in the same shopping center parking lot, just two minutes away. We arrived at the store at 6:01 pm, however to the wrong store thinking Elle would be there; we had called the wrong store!! The store at we actually arrived at at Culebra/1604, at 6:01 pm, refused to help us through the locked door. When we called Elle back to apologize and she kindly spent 10 min to inform us and helped us with an online delivery order. We didn’t even know Leslie’s had online delivery. Wow!!! As business owners, we know Elle is the kind of employee that makes a customer experience memorable! Thanks Elle!"
"I went into the store on May 13, 2023 looking for liquid chlorine, but they had none. I saw the cases of 12 of the Leslie's power powder plus with a sign that said $11.99. I was shocked when I got home and saw my credit card had been charged $155.75. I called just now and was told that it costs $11.99 for each 1lb bag in the box. I'm sorry, but this seems like deceptive advertising"
"I went to have my water tested at this location a day before a big birthday party on July the 3rd. My pool was green and cloudy and was not hopeful my pool would be ready for my guests . The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional, she recommended in detail what I needed to get my pool clear. I went back today on July 4th and spoke to the same person manager Gabby to express my gratitude because what she recommended did work and my pool was ready for family and friends to enjoy. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years and they always get my pool back in shape. Highly recommend this location."
"My car was hit. Leslie’s pretended not to see anything, nor did they want to share cam video. If you aren’t shopping at their store they get mad if you park across from them. Racist and careless. Don’t shop there."
