"Always look at reviews and the responses from the company. They paint a good picture of what you’re about to deal with. I wish I would have done that. Lesson learned. I will never use this company again. And yes Dawn knows I am a customer. They charged me for work that did not fix my pool and then left me in a position to have major damage during the freeze. Luckily I had another pool company come out and fix the problem. If you ever talk to Dawn you’ll see how rude she is. Just look at all her responses where the customer is wrong and she is right. I hope she changes that given she’s a small business owner and should know better."

"We have used Cox Pool Service for over 10 years and they have been so helpful. If something is wrong, I usually contact them and they are quick to attend to the problem. At one time, lighting fried our pump and electrical pad and George helped us repair and rebuild our system. If he isn’t able to tend to the issue, he has given us reliable references that have also been so efficient to work with. We will continue to use their services for as long as we own a pool."

"We bought a lake property with an existing pool. We needed help getting quite a few things repaired and winterized. They also added an auto fill to the pool since we are not there on a daily basis. They did a great job, in a timely manner, and for a great price. I highly recommend them! We were very satisfied with their work and staff!"

"Engaged Cox Pool Service for weekly maintenance & service in January 2021 thinking their slogan of "All you need to do is swim" was authentic. Bottom line is my pool was not inhabitable for the first 8 weeks of summer. Issues became worse & worse over time & there was always an excuse from them & a complete lack of responsibility. I paid $ 200+/- per month with understanding my pool would be cared for & all I need to do was enjoy it...such a sham. Pictures below are from the day I terminated our agreement & from 3 weeks after. We went from white plaster to "Tahoe blue" mini pebbles with new tile and handrail. The work crews were fast and professional. They cleaned up construction mess after each phase of the project.
