Southlake Pools

"I had a problem with my multiport valve. And I asked for it to a replaced. They sent a guy who said their repair tech was busy so he did cleaning and would see if he could fix it. He said it was the gasket. Paid $250 for the gasket to be replaced. They had 2 coem back out a month later to replace the same gasket. Then 1 month after that it was leaking again and they said it was an o ring and it would be another $250. I sad not and replaced the $10 O ring myself but when I opened the valve I say the gasket that had been replace twice already busted again. Now I have to call a different company because Southlake Pools wont send a repair tech out fix the issue w/o charging me another $250. AlI wanted to beging with was for the whole valve to be replaced. Response to Owner: I did not replace it because when your employee came out he said he could repair for cheaper than replacing it and I trusted him. If your employee did not put that in the work order that is yall because I do not have access to edit your work orders."

She went above and beyond to get the service I needed for my pool and did it the same day I requested. Then there is Cory who is EXTREMELY knowledgable with pool equipment and knows exactly how it works and most importantly how it should work. Cory made all necessary repairs and labeled all equipment with QR code to help in the event of freezing weather. I highly recommend Southlake Pools but especially Christina and Cory!"
