"Normally I don't provide reviews. However I give 5 star to Donegal service! We had outside water leaks with broken pipe, and water was coming in the basement. Simon, Dave, Chris and their team came right away despite of their huge backlog. Most importantly Dave analyze location of 30 feet long pipe and fix the leak. "On August 17, 2020, a piece of plywood (≈ 1.5ft x 2.5ft) flew out of a dumpster while it was transported on I-294. It bounced off the roof of a trailer and hit my car. The truck was going over 70mph and it did not have a net/tarp covering the top of the dumpster to prevent anything from flying out of it. I caught up to that truck and got as much information as possible. I called the company was told that none of their trucks were on I-294 that day. I told them that I had a video of the incident. They gave me an email and I sent a YouTube link to that video. On the plus side, their negligence did not cause a serious/fatal crash."
