"Bring something to eat. You will be waiting for a while. There is no place for drivers to really be comfortable and lay down. It would be nice to have a truckers lounge with some heat and air. A couple of lounge chairs, snack machines, and drink machines. Maybe even TV and wifi. Just a place where a driver can sit and wait while his or her truck is being repaired."

"Sat for 4 hrs on a hub seal and PM.. Then after the bill was paid the lady at the front desk as she's vaping, forgot about me for 25 mins .. .. They definitely don't have a fast & good service... Always like this up here in the Chicago area .."
