"This was the fourth company I reached out to repair our hot tub. The others did not call back and one said they did not work on our hot tub. We dealt with the person who answered the phone, their tech, and bookkeeper. All the employees were very responsive to our calls. Fidel was our tech. He was excellent. On his initial visit he accessed the problem, provided a timeline, and described next steps. We had to wait for the part to arrive and Fidel called and kept us informed on the progress of its arrival. When the part arrived, Fidel was prompt to return and efficiently repaired our hot tub. After the repairs, Fidel called back a few days later to make sure everything was working as it was intended. The tech, Fidel, and the others we dealt with for this company were excellent to work with. On the down side, when we purchased our hot tub, we did not realize that hot tub repairs are so costly."
